The immediate trade area boasts many national tenants including Walmart, Target, Steinmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Smart and Final Extra, Food 4 Less, Home Depot, United Artists, Kohl’s, Toys R Us, Costco, Winco and FoodsCo to name a few. Brawley Avenue is a principal north/south street that connects the residential areas to the north and south of Shaw to Herndon Avenue via the Figarden Loop. Shaw Avenue is the major east/west connector street to Freeway 99 and the residential growth areas to the west. West of Freeway 99 is one of the top three residential growth areas in Fresno County.

The shopping center has over 38,000 SF of Gross Leasable Area, and is anchored by Office Depot, Sherwin Williams, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, and Tony’s Liquor King. The architecture is punctuated with multiple towers, large fascia signage areas and two free standing pylon signs. The surrounding area is the ultimate location for a thriving retail environment, due to the dense residential population and daytime traffic.

Covering an area of more than 6,000 square miles, Fresno is the state’s fifth largest city and remains California’s best kept secret.
